English Lessons

Fees: 

For one to one English teaching I charge £30 per contact hour.This includes the time spent preparing and marking also any driving and parking and the cost of all materials.

The cost of groups depends on the numbers but is about £10 an hour per person in a group of 4-7 people.This includes tea or coffee and biscuits.Classes usually last 2 hours .Sometimes I run a class where we share a meal.

Discounts available for more than four hours a week and for people who come to my cottage where I have all my resources. However I am also able to travel especially to nice places

Transport:

People without a car can take the Park n Ride bus from Cambridge Grafton Centre or the city centre to Newmarket Rd car park (they run every 10 mins and take 10 mins) and I will meet them there. It is just a few minutes from there in my car.

Options:

General, business, medical English, Eng for tourism, English through the Arts, Presentation skills, thesis support, exam preparation, language-learning skills training.

Intensive one day/weekend courses:

Can be organized and tailor-made for small groups. Other projects include weekend sailing trips in Spain with English tuition and good weather and good food.
